Welcome to Car Services in Reading. These terms and conditions apply between You (the user) and the company. By using this site and booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these rules.

Bookings & Contracts

Confirmation of booking via phone or website acts as a contract between the customer and the company.
We prioritize your vehicle's warranty and only use parts that meet manufacturer standards.
No additional work will be performed without prior verbal or written authorization from the customer.

Warranty

A 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty is provided on all work performed, provided the following conditions are met:

The customer follows manufacturer's recommendations.
The customer adheres to advisories given by our technicians.
The parts/work do not become subject to abnormal or extreme situations.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service, repairs, or MOT. Vehicle release is subject to full payment being received. We accept most major credit/debit cards and bank transfers (BACS).
